As a family company, our company, which has been operating for 3 generations, was founded by Hüseyin Ali SARIOĞLU in 1940 in Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus. In 1970, when Hüseyin Ali Sarıoğlu's son Ali Sarıoğlu joined the company, our company changed its name to "Hüseyin Ali ve Oğlu", and in 1971, Ali Sarıoğlu changed it to our current name "Sarıoğulları Şti. Ltd.".

Our company, which also exported various goods between 1975 and 1985, started to develop itself in the field of import and marketing with the participation of the 3rd generation in the 2000s.

Today, we carry out our activities in 6 closed warehouses and 1 central sales point, with a total storage area of ​​6000 m2, importing, marketing and distributing food, cleaning and basic necessities.

With our wide marketing and distribution network, we serve all regions of the TRNC from Karpaz to Yeşilırmak. Due to the diversity of our products, our customer portfolio is wide enough to include all points of purchase for sales, production and consumption.
